In June 2025, Tashkent hosted its Fourth International Investment Forum – a landmark event that has become the hallmark of the new Uzbekistan. The forum drew more than 8,000 participants, including nearly 3,000 representatives from close to 100 countries, spanning Russia, China, the United States, the Arab world, and nations across Europe, Asia, and Africa. The presence of leaders from major international institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the BRICS New Development Bank underscored Uzbekistan’s emergence as one of the world's most attractive investment destinations.

What makes Uzbekistan attractive to foreign investors?

Located in the very heart of Central Asia, Uzbekistan is becoming an increasingly appealing destination for international investors. Over the past seven years, the country has attracted 120 billion US dollars in investments and established over 6,000 enterprises. In particular, in 2024 alone, the volume of investments reached 35 billion dollars, while exports totaled 27 billion dollars.
