The welcoming ceremony for the BRICS summit participants is held

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev participated in the welcoming ceremony for the heads of delegations at the BRICS summit in Kazan.

The Head of our State was welcomed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at the “Kazan Expo” International Exhibition Center.

The ceremony was also attended by the Heads of State and governments of a number of other countries, and heads of international and regional organizations.

The event was followed by a gala reception.

Tomorrow on October 24, the Leader of Uzbekistan will address the plenary session of the “BRICS Plus” summit.
