the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand

Dear His Excellency the Prime Minister,

I was deeply saddened to hear about the killing of many people, especially young innocent boys and girls, due to a shooting at a children’s centre in Uthai Sawan subdistrict, Nong Bua Lamphu province, northeastern Thailand.

We express our deepest condolences to Your Excellency and the people of your country at this troubled and difficult time.

We would like to request to convey our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of the victims. Our consolation, patience, and fortitude to the victims of the tragedy. We also wish the injured a swift recovery.
