Tashkent to host international scientific and practical conference on water diplomacy

On April 10 this year, Tashkent will host an International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic: “Water Diplomacy in Central Asia: Trust, Dialogue and Multilateral Cooperation for Sustainable Development.”

I am delighted to welcome the distinguished delegations from all continents of the world to Uzbekistan for the participation in the 150th Anniversary Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.

The Union Assembly bringing together 181 national parliaments and 15 regional associations, is held in the Central Asian region for the first time. We are immensely proud that the conference is being held in our magnificent capital city of Tashkent.
